Ms. Neely brings a solid record of success combining business leadership, organizational development and technical excellence to drive development, integration and launch multi-level business resilience solutions. Experienced in startups, mid-sized, public service and Fortune 500 organizations, she has instilled an IT business process and organizational development approach to create business resilience solutions that transition company cultures to support new products/markets/levels of service that drive innovation and growth.

Entrepreneurial and a change champion, Ms. Neely has secured funding for startup operations, secured diverse virtual teams to design new business concepts, established organizations from the ground up, turned around problematic company cultures by applying customized organizational development programs critical to creating momentum for change, and cultivated strategic partner alliances to ensure corporate growth.

Professional Approach

Ms. Neely has over 25 years of leadership experience in IT and business process analysis, project management, implementation and organizational development. She has had success in managing numerous small and large scale projects and leading cross-functional teams in analysis of business requirements, business resilience solution design, system design/development for quality assurance, vendor management and customer service support. Ms. Neely has a working knowledge of Six Sigma, SDLC, RUP, Waterfall, PMBOK and other project management methodologies and is highly skilled at gathering, analyzing and optimizing dependent business area process requirements along with leading test planning, analyzing test results and compiling meaningful recommendations. Ms. Neely is seasoned in obtaining results through facilitation of workgroup coaching and facilitation of organizational working groups.

Ms. Neely grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering. She obtained additional training at the University of Cincinnati in Human Factors Engineering.

Ms. Neely is an avid learner with great interest in the study of how people learn, grow, work and make decisions. In leisure with Carmen and Cammeron she walks, bikes, jogs, and travels as often as possible.
