Food Service Industry

Led a specialty Fast Food Franchise Company, team in developing a new business concept. The dream from the heart of the owner and CEO was to create a new type of coffee shop based upon specifications determined by the owner's preferences. Managed the entire lifecycle of concept and product design/development while leading the entire project management process including multiple site construction efforts. Within 18 months, delivered 3 sites developed, stocked and staffed with all major business processes and product offerings being created on time and .5 million saving through construction negotiations.

Government Industry

Developed a plan for Lean Sigma Process Improvement in response to an Invitation for “Request for Proposal” from the CIO of the Executive Office of the President of the United States. Developed and Co-presented the plan in Washington, D.C.

Created a customized organizational development program for implementation during a major cultural and technological migration in the history of an aged City Government IT operations division. Facilitated workshops with senior management, staff, and clients to analyze and develop business processes that would align with migrating technologies; captured and created programs to forge bridges to understand the internal and external customer requirements while specifying system requirements; lead application / process design efforts in a way that included customer focus groups, client personnel and executive management so that implement-able and cost-effective solutions were embraced by the majority of stakeholders; presented clear statements of intermediate and overall project requirements, risks and expected results; guided and gained allies toward solutions that maximized budgets, timelines and business process functionality.

Experience including establishing and renewing organizations, building, coaching executive teams, and multi-disciplinary IT development teams of up to 200 staff, transitioning companies through major migration efforts and joint venture partnerships. Business strategy, analysis, creating rapid change/implementation.
